Redesigned the 10XBETA website to improve visual hierarchy, usability, and overall product storytelling, creating a more structured and engaging browsing experience across portfolio and detail pages.

• Led the redesign of the homepage experience, improving layout balance, visual hierarchy, and navigation clarity

• Optimized the portfolio listing system, introducing a more modular card structure to enhance scanability and project comparison

• Redesigned project detail pages, improving content structure and storytelling flow (Opportunity → Solution → Product)

• Refined the UI system, including typography, spacing, and color usage to create a cleaner, more consistent interface

• Introduced motion principles, such as hover states, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and feedback

• Improved information hierarchy, ensuring key content (project type, category, visuals) is quickly understood
